New patient and I am very satisfied with my first visit. Very friendly staff all around. Doctor took her time with me in explaining every thing, even when you could tell they were having a busy day. Glad I found them.

4/15/2026 Coming from a terrible dentist office experience in November 2025 and feel like this is a diamond in Wilson. Wilson Family Dental provided me with a two week in advance reminder about my appointment. This was a nice change because my last office would notify me on Friday, before to a Monday appointment, at 4:55pm and be closed. (For the whole weekend.) 24 hours before my appointment, WFD contacted me by text and call to collect my health information, insurance info, and drivers licenses. I liked this because my life is busy and I forgot to fill out the forms they texted me during the reminder text. Their team members really helped me stay on track with my paperwork and that made the appointment super fluid. Appointment day, I was seen within moments of walking in. Jenny, their hygienist, started our first meeting by sitting me down and letting me speak about previous dental work concerns, work the previous office was trying to sell me, my personal habits, her suggestions, and much more. She really impressed me at that moment because she actually has opinions on all that stuff and what we see online. Understanding the real risks of accidentally using false oral care practices really helped me fell more comfortable in her care. She's feels like a genuine subject matter expert. After a few quick scans, examinations, a cleaning, and light conversation, I met the wonderful Dr. Pari. The doctor gave me a chance to voice all of my concerns. Then, we did a few more exams. When we finished, I learned about my dental issues. Even when I didn't understand something, she showed me on Google images and I had my aha moment. It's nice to have a doctor that doesn't mind dumbing it down with real world examples instead of cgi! LOL In short, I had Aspen Dental of Wilson and will never go back. My new office found care issues from the previous dental office and now I face potential long term issues because of them. If you read this far, why haven't you made an appointmen

I had a great experience at Wilson Family Dental. From the very first phone call, the person who answered was so sweet and professional. It had actually been years since I had been there the last time was when I was a teenager in 2005 so it was a bit of a blast from the past when they found me in the system. The day of my appointment everyone was so kind. Check-in was easy, my dental assistant Nikki was wonderful, and Dr. Pari Prahalad was great as well. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. So glad I decided to come back I definitely recommend them!

Dr. Pari Prahalad and the entire team provide an outstanding dental experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, professional, and efficient, which really helps put you at ease. Dr. Prahalad is knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to clearly explain procedures and answer any questions without making you feel rushed. The level of care and attention to detail truly stands out, and it’s clear they prioritize patient comfort. One of the biggest highlights is their in-house dental insurance plan. It’s reasonably priced and honestly much better than traditional dental insurance—simple, transparent, and actually useful without all the typical headaches and limitations of regular dental insurance. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Pari Prahalad if you’re looking for high-quality dental care with a personal touch and great value.

They were so responsive to me issue and schedule a quick appointment. My husband went a few months ago and he was so pleased. Well, I am too! They are so very nice and efficient. This is where we will be from now on.

As I enter;The Wilson Family Dental facilities; I was greeted with a warm smile. The staff was were very friendly and caring about my needs. I felt so comfortable, as they listen to all my concern and needs. They all seem to be very knowledgeable of their position. Dr. Pari was so nice and caring and honest, of what's best for my dental work. I can't say enough about how clean the office and dental facilities was. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and it made me feel; as if I was always a part of the Wilson Family Dental family. I will be telling other families, friends of the great experiences I felt while being there. I see why the name is; Wilson Family Dental. You are treated as a family, friendly member. My husband love it too. We can't stop talking, to each other about; how well we were treated there. "Thank you all; at the Wilson Family Dental!"

As always, my experience was a great one. My wait time after arrival was very short. The dental hygienist and the dentist were very thorough. I highly recommend their practice for your all of your dental needs.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything I asked about. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect with the upcoming procedure. They showed me what was going to happen and what to expect. I have had the same dentist for 20 plus years so moving to Wilson Family Dental was a big step. Overall good experience and would recommend them.

I think I speak for the majority on this...but I don't like going to the dentist. I put it off for a while, stopped here a few years ago to assess a broken tooth. In my stubbornness, I put it off and woke up at 2am this morning with my gum swollen. Called and they got me in the same day. New team since last time I went, they were all super friendly and the office was really clean. The staff is really personable. I am terrible with names but the lead dentist was genuine in her intent of taking care of me. They not only made me feel comfortable but they didn't push anything. They did an X-ray and helped me along my way. Will be coming back for my procedure next week and eventually to get routine dental work done. Oh, and they were really affordable with my insurance. Could not be happier!
